GrassPlant are recruiting an Assistant Greenkeeper for an available post at Rickmansworth Golf Club.

We are looking to hire an ambitious and highly motivated individuals, with a passion for golf/landscape maintenance The applicant will be an excellent team player who is hard working, reliable and have the desire and ambition to drive the course forward.

The successful candidate will need to be open minded with a proactive attitude, a good eye for detail, a strong leader with excellent man management skills with a good understanding of golf and golf and turf maintenance.

This is a full time post comprising of 40 hours Monday - Friday plus paid weekend overtime based on rota.

Preferred requirements:

NVQ level 2/3 in greenkeeping and sports turf management or other land based qualifications.

PA1, PA2 & PA6 spraying qualifications, would be preferred.

A full driving licence

Ability to work in a team

Competent in the use of a wide variety of machinery

Mechanically minded, would be preferred.

Driven, flexible and good communicational & organisational skills

Salary:

Subject to qualification/experience, but would expect the annual salary to be between £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum plus overtime, (depending on qualifications and experience).
