Job duties

  • Answer the telephone,
  • Deal with client enquiries and assisting sales teams with quotations & tender documents
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Ensuring all supplies are kept up to date within the building ( general housekeeping )
  • Purchasing replacement tea and coffee, photocopy paper – general office requirements
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Helping to do the admin parts for our ISO accreditations
  • Ordering branded merchandise and installation uniforms
  • Organising transportation, train tickets, flights
  • Organising permits, and site access
  • Booking accommodation for installers and directors

The right candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment either as an Office Manager or Assistant to Office Manager.
