Based at our Clients in Hertford, main duties will involve:
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with client enquiries and assisting sales teams with quotations & tender documents
- Processing purchase orders
- Assisting with credit control
- Ensuring all supplies are kept up to date within the building (general housekeeping)
- Purchasing replacement tea and coffee, photocopy paper – general office requirements
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Helping to do the admin parts for our ISO accreditations
- Ordering branded merchandise and installation uniforms
- Organising transportation, train tickets, flights
- Organising permits, and site access
- Booking accommodation for installers and directors
