Our clients based in Ware are a recently refurbished cafe/restaurant with 500 covers. They are looking for a Pastry chef to support the team of 5/6 chefs in the kitchen including a head chef.  

Main Duties required as a Pastry Chef

• Stock checking and ordering ingredients

• Weighing and measuring ingredients

• Decorating pastries and other desserts using a variety of different sauces, toppings and other items

• Contributing ideas to the menu

• Keeping accurate records 

• Operating a variety of kitchen equipment 

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment

This role is working 5 days out of 7 and will include weekend work.
