Recycling Centre Supervisor

8am-4pm or 10am-6pm Working every other weekend. This is a temporary booking for three months.

To directly supervise the Recycling centre service.

This post is a critical part of the team accountable for the provision of the service to the c1.8m service users annually. The postholder is required to uphold high standards of customer care, performance and compliance.

Essential Requirements for the role:

• Must have COTC Level 4 in Waste
• In depth knowledge of the waste sector
• Well developed contract management skills
• Well developed budget management skills
• Demonstrable personnel and general management skills
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills and resilient to change 

Rate of pay is £18.53ph
