We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated working Foreman Carpenter to join our team.

We are a Chartered Construction company operating within Hertfordshire and surrounding counties, occasionally working in London specialising in listed and historic buildings. The right candidate will have the opportunity to join the business at a great time with a very good chance to progress with their career and grow with the company.

Requirements

• At least 10 years carpentry experience (1st and 2^nd  fix) . 
• Scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time. Along with managing equipment and materials required. 
• To understand and communicate all types of construction drawings including examining drawings to determine setting out dimensions and details of structure. 
• Must work closely with contracts manager and directors to deliver the required end project. 
• Inspects work in progress and on completion for satisfactory performance and provide technical advice and assistance when needed. 
• Have good spoken English
• Full UK Driver’s License. 

Salary £35,000-£45,000 a year depending on experience and the possibility of a company vehicle.
